This visual Identity is inspired by that. The logo form is inspired by pixel / Lego art which also signifies that each piece is put into the right place to create the desired end result. the X not only represents the Target but also the Talent which is always at the heart of the assets the brand prioritizes and nurtures above all else. Look and feel of the visual identity also shows that the brand is fun and is ever ready for evolution.
The typography choice is bold, clean and is both rounded and sharp and has a bit of a tech feel which also highlights that technology is an integral part of the brand but the softness signifies the personal touch the brand offers which is the reason for their success and growth now and in the future.

The X is the talent and the O is the opportunity, company which represent the two factors that use the brand to achieve their goals. Talent XO is the bridge, mentor and guide that selects, mentors, nurtures and places the right talent in their rightful place.

Talent XO understands that through communication and conversation the community connects, opportunities grow and the brand can continue making sure that the right talent reaches the right opportunity for them and vice versa.
